2011-12 Club Assistance Fund Community Raffle
The Rotary Club of Ballarat South is once again inviting you to participate in our annual Club Assistance Fund Community Raffle.
The costs of tickets remains at $ 2.00, as does the percentage you retain (80%). E.g. each book of 10 tickets you sell returns your organisation $ 16.00.
Applications will be handled on a first in first dealt with basis.
IMPORTANT DATES FOR 2011-12 RAFFLE
Friday 09th SEPTEMBER 2011 Bookings for car in Ballarat area open at 0900 hrs.
Thursday 15th SEPTEMBER 2011 Applications for the first allocation of tickets close
Tuesday 20th September 2011 COLLECT TICKETS in Ballarat area from Saxon House, Mair Street, Ballarat (opp Pleasant Street Primary School).
Tickets will be available between 9.00am and 3.00pm.
Saturday 24th September 2011 Commence selling tickets
Monday 06th February 2012 Personally return sold ticket butts and ALL UNSOLD tickets plus cheque for 20% of sales to Saxon House, Mair Street, Ballarat (9.00am to 4.00pm).

Sunday 12th FEBRUARY 2012 Draw will take place at Ballarat Yacht Club, Wendouree Parade, Lake Wendouree at 1.00 pm
Included with this letter is an Application for Tickets, Rules of the raffle and further raffle information.
Should you wish to book a venue where the First prize will be displayed, please contact the undersigned by phone on 03 5341 2765 (contact to be made on Friday 09th SEPTEMBER 2011 between the hours of 9.00am and 3.00pm ONLY). The Rotary Club of Ballarat South looks forward to your organisation's participation (Note - if your club / organisation no longer wishes to take part in the raffle please notify the Club and we will remove you from our future mailing list).
